exalt is a non-profit organization which combines a rigorous, culturally responsive curriculum with paid internships and career development to elevate the expectations of personal success for court-involved youth ages 15-19. exalt is led by people of color deeply committed to racial equity and justice for youth in three specific areas: 1) criminal justice avoidance; 2) academic progression, and 3) employability.
