PathStone Corporation

PathStone Corporation is a private, not-for-profit 501(c)3 community development and human service organization serving Puerto Rico since 1998. PathStone builds family and individual self-sufficiency by strengthening farmworker, rural and urban communities. A 19-member Board of Directors, representing multi-state governance teams, program area
advisory committees, collaborative organizations and affiliate corporations, governs PathStone.

PathStone has an extensive community-based partnership network with government, business, education, and service providers. PathStone has demonstrated ability in performing local, in-person outreach and community engagement, ensuring all services
reach the most vulnerable residents in Puerto Rico. PathStone serves under- and un-served populations including opportunity/disconnected youth; seniors; migrant and seasonal farmworkers; immigrants; people of color and Latinx; single parents; women/female heads of households; people living with AIDS/HIV; low- and very-low income, homeless, and
incarcerated/justice-involved individuals.

PathStone Corporation is comprised of three divisions; Direct Services, Housing, and economic development. Within our services are Workforce Development; delivering quality career and employment services that enhance the skills, performance and potential of individuals, leading to meaningful employment in desired career pathways, Health Education; providing a range of education and health services designed to promote and enhance lifelong learning, healthy living and employability for eligible individuals and families, Community Development; creating opportunities for people to live and work in thriving, diverse communities from which they can create family assets and access robust community services, and Housing Services; promoting access to personal counseling and financial resources designed to stabilize living environments and provide the foundation for economic security.
