On the week of May 9th, Hispanic Federation will be partnering with Telemundo to inform New Yorkers about Notario Fraud! In many Latin American countries, notario is the Spanish term for “lawyer.” In the US, some public notaries take advantage of this and offer immigration services illegally. This is a fraudulent practice that hurts our community.
