DHS anuncia nuevo proceso para promover la unidad y estabilidad de las familias: El 18 de junio de 2024, la Administración Biden anunció nuevos beneficios migratorios para los cónyuges e hijos indocumentados de ciudadanos estadounidenses. Los beneficiarios estarán protegidos de la deportación y podrán solicitar una autorización de trabajo que tendrá una duración de hasta tres años, con posibilidad de renovación. Las solicitudes para el nuevo programa de permiso temporal para permanencia en los Estados Unidos se abrirán el 19 de agosto de 2024.
