Voters may be required to show one of the following forms of identification if they failed to provide identification when registering to vote or if the identification information could not be verified:
• Valid and current photo ID • Bank Statement
• Car registration
• Government check or document
• Non-photo driver’s license
• Rent receipt
• Sample ballot
• Utility bill
• Any other official document

General Election Registration Deadline: October 11, 2016

Note: If you are registering for the first time in New Mexico and you submit the registration form by mail, then you must submit with the form a copy of (1) a current and valid photo identification; or (2) a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, student identification card or other government document, including identification issued by an Indian nation, tribe or pueblo that shows your name and current address. If you do not submit one of these forms of identification with your mailed-in, first time registration, then you will be required to present one of the forms of identification when voting in person or absentee.

General Election Registration Deadline: October 24, 2016

All voters who appear at a polling place must show proof of identification. Approved forms of photo identification include: South Dakota driver's license or nondriver ID card U.S. government photo ID U.S. Armed Forces ID Current student photo identification card from a South Dakota high school or South Dakota accredited institution of higher educationTribal photo ID If you do not have a photo ID, you can sign a personal identification affidavit, and will still be allowed to vote a regular ballot.

North Dakota

There is no voter registration required to vote in North Dakota

Requirements for Identification
Identification must include the voter’s: Name Current residential street address Date of birth Valid Forms of Identification:Voting in-person requires a North Dakota: Current driver’s license or non-driver’s identification card Tribal government issued identification Long-term care certificate (provided by ND facility)

Washington, D.C. Has a Primary on June 14th:

Registered voters do not need to present proof of residence to vote, however some polling places require ID to enter the facility. It is therefore encouraged that you take some form of identification with you to vote. If you are a first-time voter who registered by mail and did not provide proof of residence when registering, you will need to show proof of residence in order to cast a regular ballot. Acceptable forms of proof of residence include the following (must include the name and address of the voter): Copy of current and valid photo identification Copy of a current utility bill (does not include cell phone) Bank statement Government check Paycheck Or other government document that shows your name and address
