Board Development is the process of creating, maintaining & improving the functioning, effectiveness & productivity of board leadership & governance. This session will provide the opportunity to:

• Identify your challenges and questions in Board Development and explore problem-solving strategies for improving your board’s performance
• Recognize what motivates Board Members to excel in their role & obligations
• Understand the steps involved in developing your Board of Directors
• Become aware of methods & tools for a strategic approach to board development
